The Problem Management SIG has been formed to promote best practices in Problem Management to the global IT Community. SIG activities will include education, guidance and leadership to expand the adoption and beneficial use of Problem Management across commercial and government organizations. This will be accomplished through an ongoing series of BrightTALK presentations on topics related to Problem Management and through live events in association with Local Interest Groups around the country.
