August Dinner Meeting - San Fernando Valley

The August meeting for the San Fernando Valley area was held Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Entertainment Partners in Burbank.  The meeting was jointly hosted with HDI LA.  Roc Paez shared his very interesting and entertaining presentation on "Blockchain Technology".  Everyone in attendance was thrilled with the opportunity to hear this presentation.  Thank you to FastPass for sponsoring the meeting.  Click here for a copy of the presentation.

2019 Event at The Magic Castle!!

Our annual event was held on April 27, 2019 at The Magic Castle in Los Angeles.  It's always the biggest and "funnest" event of the year for us and this year was no different.  We had about 70 people at this year's event and the feedback has been fantastic.  If you couldn't attend this year, you should definitely make a point of joining us next year.

We would also like to give a big thank you to our 4 great sponsors:  BMC, Cherwell, Migration Technologies, and Numerify.

What's still coming in 2019!
  • Hot topics that you have asked for will be the focus on many meetings and workshops -

DevOps Security/Risk & Governance
Cloud vs On Prem

Service Desk
Shared Services
Service Catalog

Service Portfolio Mgmt
Project Mgmt … The Basics

How to be a business advocate

Do you have a topic that you would like to hear about?  Send it to us at

  • An all new Simulation Series! The Simulation Series is collection of IT Service Management hands-on, interactive sessions designed to give people the experience of developing critical service management practices, like DevOps, ITIL, Cloud computing, and Always-on Services.  True learning and understanding occurs when people participate and are involved in the development of service management capabilities, and that is what the simulation series is all about!
    • Meetings that are more "workshop oriented" - so you can have "hands on" and learn by doing!  We are scheduling our 2019 calendar and will announce meeting plans on this web site, and in our social media.
    • More presentations from customers, and fewer from vendors - so you can hear real-world examples of how other companies or organizations have implemented ITSM!
    • Participation in the Southland Technology Conference (SoTeC) - Unfortunately, the SoTeC Conference will not be held in 2019 so we will not be able to participate as a sponsor organization.
