Simmons (Khan) Great turnout yesterday at the itSMF  Brighttalk Webinar:   11 countries dialed in for the Configuration Management Topic Webinar.   40% of all the states  across the United States were present today.   Sherief Farid gave a great wealth of content from his experience as an ITSM  Configuration Management Leader for Symantec Corporation.   In this presentation he shared the high level process,  roles and responsibilities, how to get started, how to deliver value,  the ITIL 4 value statement and how it relates to   Service Configuration Management.  The Brightalk recorded Presentation is here.
