The Greater Cleveland LIG has reorganized and is sponsoring its first meeting and networking event in 2 years. Plan to join us at Lubrizol on September 12th for Mark Bradley's keynote address on "Making a Splash with Executive Metrics Dashboard" . Lubrizol will also share their ITSM jouney. There will be plenty of time to discuss topics for future meetings and networking with your peers.

About Mark Bradley:

Mark Bradley launched into his current role within HP Software as Senior Product Manager – Executive Scorecard & ITFM with a globally extensive charter to support sales efforts of HP Executive Scorecard & Financial Planning & Analysis.   His career progression with HP spans various IT Performance Solutions, from the legacy Service Manager to modern Executive Scorecard & ITFM.  Mark is continually both teacher and student as he embraces the depth and possibility of the product whilst refining skills and demonstrating to customers the value and potential of HP software.  

 His customer interactions and knowledge presentations have woven a journey of disseminating methodologies to customers, partners, and the HP team around the world of how to maximize their benefit of using HP product set.  Challenges of proof of concept installs only provide opportunity to develop better product features.  Matter of learning what customer needs and teaching them what they need for better success.

Mark joined HP in February 2007 as a Senior Solutions Architect on the Americas IT Service Management Team. Mark began his career with HP by leading and supporting the sales and delivery cycle for ITSM market offerings within HP Consulting & Integration (C&I) group, targeting preferred accounts.  Before joining HP, Mark supported several IT Service Management roles for various companies through a series of mergers and acquisitions in the insurance and banking industries, which culminated into a VP Infrastructure position with JPMorgan Chase (JPMC.)  During his tenure at JPMC, he served a key role in a successful in house worldwide Service Management implementation across 11 time zones, delivering high levels of performance & availability throughout.  The partnering he helped orchestrate between the businesses to deliver technology services and infrastructure capabilities serves to differentiate JPMC from the competition, and provide superior value for customers.  The rollout earned recognition in the category of Excellence in Business Alignment by improving insight into the business impact of IT for HP OpenView Awards of Excellence 2006 - Global User Forum - Synergy/Openview in South Beach Florida.

Mark is a contributing author of Implementing Service and Support Process: A Practical Guide (Van Haren Publishing, 2005.) The book is a reference tool compiling IT management best practices and IT Service Management within the ITIL framework from the vantage point of international experts. Mark’s chapter on Service Level Management aligns well with HP’s focus on ITSM implementations.

Mark has a BA in Computer Science & Speech Communication from Monmouth College & Masters of Science in Computer Information Systems from UOP. Mark has obtained several computer industry certifications over the years. All participants must register on the itSMF web site to attend this event. The Lubrizol security guards will be admitting access based upon the list of participants we provide.



Lubrizol is located off of OH-2 at the Wickliffe/Lloyd Road exit. Upon your arrival, follow these instructions:

· Enter the property at Gate #3 – Lakeland West. This gate is just west of the Rt2 / Lloyd Rd Exit.

· Stop at the guardhouse and mention you are there for the itSMF session - present your photo ID

· Once checked in, you will receive a visitor badge which must be displayed at all times.

· The guard will instruct you regarding parking and direct you to the Building 31 entrance
