This is the first part of a 6-part series on ITIL 4.  This first session is designed to give attendees an understanding of ITIL 4 including its purpose, history, and basic overview of the framework.


All presentations take place via Zoom. Space is limited.  You must be registered to access meeting information.

He is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Expert, Past President of the Pittsburgh HDI Chapter, and manager of the itSMF Utilities Community of Interest.  He is an experienced speaker who uses real life experience to help companies implement and maintain successful ITSM programs
