The demands of High Velocity IT, DevOps, and Agile practices are having a dramatic impact on the way we deliver technology based services.   ‘Traditional’ ITSM practices are often viewed as being too slow, bureaucratic, and siloed to support modern service management needs. 

 

At the center of this dilemma are Change and Configuration Management practices – the source of all good, or the root of all evil – depending on your perspective. 

 

itSMF’s Ohio Valley local interest group - sponsored by Cornerstone Service Management - will host this session where international speaker and consultant Lisa Hodges will lead an interactive discussion to understand how organizations are responding to these challenges and how best practices including ITIL4 can provide a blueprint for action.
