DATE CHANGE NOVEMBER 5: ITIL4: Moving from Status Quo to Status Whoa!

Whoa is often used to "stop". But is also an idiom for something that causes us to pay attention. If you want your customers to “pay attention” you need to move off “The Status Quo” and on to “The Status Whoa”. You need a culture of change to keep on that status whoa! What is it? How do you get there? And how do you keep it? It’s not easy but best practices like DevOps, Lean, Agile, and ITIL will help you create and maintain that status whoa. And now ITIL has a “High Velocity IT” module to enable organizations to thrive in high velocity environments.
