Platinum Sponsorship $12,500/year

(Plus $975 for 5 Voting Members or $1950 for 10 Voting Members)


The Platinum sponsor package is the highest-level sponsorship available to itSMF USA members. A fully integrated opportunity which offers a year-round affiliation with itSMF USA, the package provides an abundance of sponsor rights, benefits and other related marketing and communications opportunities that fall into the following categories:

 

Organization Membership

Advertorial Submission and Advertising in “The Forum” e-Newsletter

  • First choice of advertising in “The Forum”;
  • Opportunity to submit a featured advertorial with one photo or diagram per sponsoring year in The Forum (if you already advertise in The Forum, this would be in addition to agreed upon advertising agreement).

Marketing & Communications

  • Two e-mail blasts per year (blackout dates will apply during conference promotion period);
  • Placement of corporate logo and a URL link on itSMF USA website home page;
  • Placement of corporate logo and a brief company description (500 words or less) on itSMF USA Sponsors web page;
  • Official itSMF USA press release in announcement and recognition of sponsorship;
  • Joint press release in announcement, reorganization and/or promotion of sponsor activities (i.e. new product launch, change of leadership, etc.)*;
  • Permission to use itSMF USA Platinum sponsor logo on marketing and communications materials and collaterals.

Knowledge Sharing

  • Ability to place up to four (4) white papers, articles, case studies and other knowledge sharing items on itSMF USA website;
  • Ability to sponsor up to four (4) webinars, assessments, online training courses and other knowledge sharing tools either placed on or linked from itSMF USA website.

*Sponsors are responsible for providing drafts of press release; itSMF USA remains the right to reject any sponsor content considered unsuitable for publication or display.

 

itSMF USA National and Local Interest Groups (LIGs) Events

  • First choice of becoming a sponsor of itSMF USA national events along with preferred exhibition placement (in the event of multiple Platinum sponsors, we will go in order of the date the sponsorship agreement was received);
  • Receives four (4) complimentary VIP event registrations for client guests;
  • Invitation to exhibit at any/all Local Interest Groups’ vendor events (additional fee will apply) and special events.

itSMF USA Association Governance

  • Representation in itSMF USA Platinum Sponsors Forum*;
  • First choice for signing up for future additional sponsorship opportunities

 

*Led by the itSMF USA President, the Platinum Sponsor Forum is to share itSMF USA strategic directions and operational plans, to solicit feedback from all Platinum sponsors and to identify additional opportunities for sponsor participation on standing and informal committees. Quarterly audio conference calls and other informal communications are held to facilitate such discussions and all Platinum sponsors are encouraged for their participation
