Benefits of Membership

Membership of itSMF USA provides many benefits including access to a network of knowledge on IT Service Management (ITSM). Access to some benefits is dependent on the level of membership.

If your company has a global reach, you might want to consider an itSMF Global Membership. You will need to contact itSMF International for Global Memberships.

Take advantage of these useful resources and get the greatest benefit from your itSMF USA membership:

  • Meet and exchange ideas with your colleagues at our annual conference, and regional and local itSMF USA sponsored meetings
  • Enhance your technical and managerial abilities with educational courses provided by accredited training vendors
  • Improve your professional profile and presentation skills by contributing papers and articles to local, regional, and national functions including white papers to itSMF USA publications and website
  • Take advantage of the membership career services to help you find the job you want
  • Demonstrate your leadership and organizational skills and have fun by participating in the activities of a Local Interest Group near you

Depending on the membership category there may be additional benefits available to you. Please check carefully the additional benefits listed in the membership categories.

Your membership benefits also allow you to participate in, or start a Special Interest Group (SIG). These groups focus on specific ITSM initiatives or industry vertical applications. Click this link for further details.
