Contra Costa County Healthcare,  Martinez, CA.  Contra Costa Health Services is the largest department of County government, employing more than 4,250 individuals.  Jeffrey Tang  started his career during the late 90's Silicon Valley Boom.  Jeff has worked in technology within a multitude of industries for nearly 20 years. He's worked as an engineer, IT Manager, and currently CTO of a healthcare organization; his passion for technology is what motivates him to be a leader in the field.  Jeff calls the San Francisco Bay Area home and spends a majority of his free time chasing his toddler around while trying to find the next great coffee shop.
