Abstract:  Jeff Westcott, IT Service Manager, Interactive Intelligence
The traditional Change Management approach of committee meetings and spreadsheet checklists is often too slow, and for many organizations it no longer makes sense.  Managing risk is still the primary concern, however automation is the key to getting the correct level of approvals in a timely fashion.  In our organization we have automated the DevOps changes into informational changes.  Jeff will discuss how with the right tools and processes, organizations can realize the value of reliable IT services that help facilitate the business and that improve quality and productivity.
