In this interactive session, the presenter (facilitator) will guide the audience through one (very busy) diagram in the ITIL® best practice framework. Participants will be challenged in their knowledge of the intent of best practice AND how it interfaces with other frameworks, methodologies, and standards.

By the end of the session it will be clear the role of governance and planning in fulfilling the mission, goals and objectives of the service provider, and ultimately the organization.
Come prepared to share, engage, and validate your knowledge of best practice; and perhaps identify opportunities for improvement in your own service management practice.
We will also be taking some time to have a members meeting, celebrating membership appreciation and highlight some member’s contributions to the LIG and its goals.
