Greetings Local Interest Groups: Colorado - Denver itSMF USA LIG Members!
Our next Denver itSMF USA LIG meeting will take place Tuesday, December 8, 2015.
Everyone has heard of the trilogy of People, Process and Technology, yet this is not a true balanced perspective as it should really say People, People, People..., Process and Technology as any change relies upon the people component. You can have the best processes and technology however if people are not engaged to follow the process and use the technology correctly, there will be issues!
Managing Organizational Change is one of the most overlooked and yet important activities any organization needs tomanage on any type of improvement or change initiative.Organizations deal with change logically while people often deal with change emotionally and this gap is a risk to the success of any improvement initiative.
Join Gary as he discusses techniques for successfully engaging management and staff to ensure a successful change initiative.
