This workshop is designed to arm you with practical guidance and straightforward methods to help you effectively revitalize or kick-off, and accelerate your organization’s IT Service Catalog initiative. 

 

The IT Service Catalog allows you to make well-informed decisions on what the business needs, what to expect and from IT, and what it will cost. The Service Catalog, a component of the Service Portfolio, is a critical tool that IT organizations must have in order to effectively communicate the services offered and the value to the work of the business. 

 

Incorporating the Service Catalog ITIL® best practices into an IT Service Management (ITSM) approach allows your organization to realize these benefits:
