The Ohio Valley itSMF LIG and Microsoft are proud to offer to the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana region complimentary attendance to our August 20th event.  Join us for a discussion on how Big Data, Analytics and Machine Learning will impact your service management practices.  Lunch will be provided by Microsoft at their brand new Blue Ash, Ohio office.  Industry experts and Ohio Valley LIG members will provide perspectives and case studies where big data, analytics, and machine learning are being applied to overcome real world service management challenges.
