Bio for Joe Lattal

Mr. Lattal is a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Daugherty Business Solutions. His 30+ year career includes a wide range of experience in executive leadership, technology and organizational change management (OCM). He has 15 years of experience as a Change Coach and as the OCM practice lead for a major Fortune 500 Technology Company. Joe has industry experience in the manufacturing, consumer products, health care and communications sectors. He has consulted on major enterprise initiatives to lead strategy and execution of change management activities.

Joe is a certified Project Management Professional and has integrated OCM into the projects he has led as a Program/Project Manager. He is a certified facilitator for the William Bridges’ Leading Organizational Transition framework. He frequently works with leadership teams to improve their skills in Organizational Change Management. His education includes a BS in Civil Engineering and MBA from the University of Illinois (Urbana/Champaign).
