Speaker Bio

Carol Hibbard has over 33 years of experience in IT, with a focus on ITSM for the last 14 years as a Solution Consultant with Hewlett-Packard working with customers across the U.S. to optimize their ITSM implementation using HP ITSM solutions.  She has been a presenter for itSMF events on Configuration and Knowledge Management and served as a board member for the Ohio Valley LIG from 2006-2013.  Carol has also authored two whitepapers published by itSMF USA.
