Join us on April 10th for our next Ohio Valley LIG Meeting at Cincinnati Bell! At this session we will put our LIG "in action" and welcome our host to the service management community. Local experts will lead lively discussions on topics such as: - incident management across multiple service desks - 'big bang' or 'phased approach'? - knowledge articles - ideas to boost participation and knowledge transfer. Using our own LIG president (and self-confessed social media dummy) Lisa Hodges as a test case, John will demonstrate how quickly and easily we can use social media to ‘extend our circle of friends’ and enhance our service management community

LIG leaders and subject matter experts will form breakout groups to discuss topics identified in Part I
