DEVOPS MEETS ITIL R.C.V.
Taking a service from design to production is tough. While ITIL offers known good practices, many leading organizations are reporting success with a particular new model called DevOps.
Bob Aiello will show us how Configuration and Release Management best practices, like DevOps, fit in with implementation of many of the Release Control and Validation (RCV) processes.
In particular he will explain how you can design your applications to continuously update your CMDB / CMS / DML / SKMS through automated Services Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) procedures.
