The role of IT is rapidly changing from technology tinkerer to services thinker. Traditional alignment approaches are no longer enough. IT must blend with the business. This session describes a 5-step practical approach for quickly repositioning IT towards achieving this blend to create a hard delivery focus around vital business functions, services and value. Organizations that have already undertaken this approach have found game-changing results positively received by business executives and customers of their IT services.
