How about "Services: The foundation for IT service provider success", to put more emphasis on the ultimate desired outcome (success as an IT service provider)? I left out "modeling/mapping" because I think the talk should clarify that the modeling/mapping is part of the means, and that training, experience, culture shift, etc also play important parts in achieving success.

Synopsis 

This presentation will summarize how and why the Rockwell Automation IT organization began its journey to becoming a true IT service provider, including:

  • catalysts for starting the journey
  • process for defining services
  • people, process, and tools need to deploy services
  • integrating services across all aspects of IT [where we are now]
  • continuing the journey [where we are headed]
  • factors critical to the success of our journey
  • lessons learned
