Speaker Bio:
Timothy Rogers is the West Coast Service Management Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton. A former CTO with 15+ years' experience, he has worked with high-tech start-ups, financial services firms, and large government clients. A recognized subject matter expert in ITSM, governance, and continual improvement, he is currently advising the U.S. Navy on large-scale enterprise IT efficiency initiatives.

Timothy holds a Master's degree from the University of California San Diego (UCSD), and certifications in ITIL, ISO, and Lean Six Sigma. He is an active member of itSMF USA, and has spoken at several itSMF Conferences including Washington, DC, and Perth, Australia. He is a classically trained pianist and proud father of two young boys.
