itSMF USA 2012 Sponsorship Benefit Levels

GENERAL SPONSORSHIP RULES AND LIMITATIONS

• All sponsorship benefits will be available to the sponsor for a period of one year beginning on the effective date of the Sponsorship Agreement
• While itSMF USA will make every effort to provide ready access to the prescribed benefits, the sponsor remains solely responsible for requesting their entitled benefits
• In the unlikely event that there are more benefit entitlements due to sponsors than the available capacity (for instance, News & Events headline banner ads) the benefit will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the exception that those requests received on the same day will be given in priority of sponsorship level first and then on order of receipt.
• No refunds or other remedy will be provided to any sponsor for benefits not utilized unless itSMF USA is unable to fulfill its commitment to deliver the entitled benefit, unless such inability is due to a capacity limitation as described above.If itSMF USA is unable to deliver an entitled benefit for a reason other than capacity limitations, the sponsor will be offered an alternative benefit or extension of other benefits, as agreed upon by itSMF USA and the sponsor.In no cases will the sponsor be entitled to a refund of monies.
